Role Overview
A client seeks a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to offer extensive administrative assistance to their President & Founder. The main responsibilities include managing the calendar and emails, requiring a high level of attention to detail, a proactive approach, and dedication to making all stakeholders feel important. The ideal candidate should possess a sharp eye for detail, excellent time management abilities, and the skill to foresee and cater to their executive's needs.
Key Responsibilities
Keep Executive’s calendars conflict-free and updated.
Arrange, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
Liaise with other departments and external entities for meeting setups and preparation.
Offer daily and weekly calendar summaries to Executive and the team.
Prepare and manage meeting agendas and materials.
Record key points in meetings and distribute follow-up actions.
Assist Executive in administrating essential meetings, including Board Meetings, and external personal businesses.
Organize executive meetings, managing travel, venues, and logistics as needed.
Keep informed about travel advisories and compliance with regulations.
Create detailed travel itineraries and provide reminders to Senior Executives.
Rate: $4/hr
